Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and advertising plans aligned with the company’s overall business strategy.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost efficiency.
Identify target markets and customer segments for customized marketing efforts.
Conduct market research to analyze competitor activities and identify opportunities and threats.
Review and approve all marketing content across various platforms.
Coordinate with different teams to craft marketing plans for product launches and updates.
Ensure brand consistency across all materials and channels.
Manage the development of packaging materials to meet design standards.
Oversee public relations activities to enhance public image, including media relations and event coordination.
Negotiate contracts with external vendors and agencies.
Lead and mentor the marketing team, setting objectives and evaluating performance.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing effectiveness.
Participate in departmental meetings to address challenges.
Prepare and submit regular reports on marketing performance and trends.
