Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver creative services to all departments while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies for print, web, and online collateral.
  • Manage communication and negotiations with vendors.
  • Develop a strategic advertising and public relations plan, including media planning and creative visuals.
  • Coordinate with other managers to execute effective advertising and public relations plans.
  • Plan press releases, conferences, and overall media relations.
  • Create the quarterly newsletter for timeshare owners and internal communications.
  • Supervise the Marketing Communications coordinator.
