Join a Leading Pharmaceutical Company as a Sales & Marketing Manager!

We are actively recruiting a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team at the Jeddah office. This role is a unique opportunity to lead and execute sales and marketing strategies for key pharmaceutical products.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute sales and marketing strategies for the assigned products.
  • Drive sales team performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans, product positioning, and promotional activities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to support informed business decisions.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and business performance reports.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree; an advanced degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum 58 years of sales and marketing experience within the Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Specialty care experience (Oncology/Immunology/Hematology/Anti-Infective) is required.
  • Prior experience as a Product Manager is essential.
  • Team management experience is a must.

- Proven ability to manage large and complex projects effectively.
- Strong marketing background with emphasis on brand management, strategic planning, and portfolio management.
- Excellent collaboration and management skills to work closely with various teams.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
