Job Purpose:
To lead and drive sales growth across steel structure, aluminum fabrication, stainless steel, and WPC door product lines. The Sales Manager is responsible for developing market strategies, building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring that Al Rajhi Building & Construction Company maintains a strong presence in both private and public sector projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies for steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and WPC door products.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, developers, consultants, and government entities.
    • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
  • Client & Market Relations:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and technical meetings.
    • Understand customer needs and provide technical and commercial support for tailored solutions.
    • Monitor competitors, pricing trends, and market developments to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Strategic & Financial Planning:
    • Prepare periodic sales forecasts and performance reports.
    • Recommend pricing strategies and promotional plans based on market analysis.
    • Participate in setting annual sales budgets and business growth plans.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales and business development within the metal fabrication, steel, or aluminum industry.
  • Strong knowledge of stainless steel handrails, WPC doors, aluminum windows & facades, steel structures, and architectural metal works.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the construction and contracting sector (KSA experience preferred).

Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Technical understanding of fabrication and installation processes.
  • Good command of MS Office, ERP systems, and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Valid Saudi driving license.

Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Achievement of sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Growth in client base and project pipeline.
  • Customer satisfaction and repeat business rate.
  • Market share expansion in target product categories.

  • التحفيز وتمكين الفريق لتحقيق الأهداف من خلال تقديم حوافز ومكافآت.
  • تطوير برامج تدريبية لتحسين مهارات المبيعات داخل الفريق.

المرشح المفضل:
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في المبيعات بمجال الأغذية والتغليف، مع سجل مثبت من النجاح في تحقيق الأهداف.
  • مهارات قيادية استثنائية وقدرة على تحفيز وتوجيه الفرق.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة سواء شفهياً أو كتابياً.
  • قدرة على تحليل البيانات واتخاذ قرارات مبنية على المعلومات.
  • خبرة في إدارة علاقات العملاء وبناء شبكات قوية.
  • مهارات تفاوض قوية وقدرة على إغلاق الصفقات بنجاح.

المؤهلات:

  • 7-12 سنة من الخبرة مع نجاح مثبت في إدارة الحسابات الرئيسية.
  • خبرة في مبيعات الحلول بين الشركات (وليس المبيعات غير المباشرة أو الموجهة للمكونات).

About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead market development for a global manufacturer of advanced piping and press-fitting systems in Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview
The role focuses on driving project-based sales, managing key relationships with consultants and contractors, and growing market share across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. You will combine engineering knowledge with strong sales and project management skills, helping to position the company as a preferred solutions partner in the local construction ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for piping and press-fitting systems across Saudi Arabia.
  • Build and manage relationships with consultants, EPCs, contractors, and end clients.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle — from design specification through procurement, installation, and after-sales support.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence updates.
  • Coordinate with engineering and marketing teams to deliver tailored system solutions and brand-building initiatives.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions, seminars, and industry events.

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering (required).
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience in the Saudi market.
  • Proven record of selling technically complex industrial or construction products.
  • Prior experience with manufacturers or OEMs (not traders).
  • Background in Piping and press-fitting systems, Pumps/valves, HVAC and mechanical systems is ideal.

Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic.

Key Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of piping design, installation, and project workflows.
  • Excellent client-facing and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
