Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess quality and performance standards.
- Identify and document defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in vehicles.
- Collaborate with service and repair teams to ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
- Prepare detailed reports on inspection findings and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.
- Train and mentor junior staff on quality control processes and standards.
- Participate in audits and assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming parts and materials.
- Assist in developing customer feedback mechanisms to improve service quality.
Preferred Candidate:
- Proven experience in quality control within the automotive industry or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
