Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end last mile operations for assigned sites, optimizing dispatch and efficiencies.
- Ensure metrics are met while maintaining operational standards in safety and morale.
- Drive performance management through training, coaching, and feedback.
- Conduct daily audits and oversee compliance with Amazon policies.
- Collaborate with Delivery Service Partners (DSP) for continuous improvement in operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with experience in customer-facing roles within warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
- 1-3 years of process and people management experience preferred.
