We are looking for a motivated Production Supervisor to lead our production team in Jeddah, Makkah. At Match | ماتش, we specialize in high-quality personal care products and are committed to excellence in every aspect of production.

Primary Purpose:
As a Production Supervisor, you will coordinate the daily activities of the production team, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity standards are met. You will implement process improvements and create a positive work environment.

Key Accountabilities:

• Supervise daily production activities to meet goals and quality standards.
• Manage, train, and evaluate production staff, ensuring a skilled workforce.
• Monitor safety policies to ensure a safe work environment.
• Coordinate workflows and collaborate with departments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime.
• Prepare and maintain performance reports for management.
• Assist in process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.

Skills:

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of production processes and quality control.
• Familiarity with safety standards.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; degree or technical certification in manufacturing, engineering, or related field is a plus.

Experience:
Proven experience in a similar leadership role in a manufacturing or production environment.
