In this critical role, you will lead and coordinate the activities of the production team, ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met. Primary Purpose:
Leading and coordinating the activities of the production team.

Key Accountabilities:

• Supervise daily production activities, ensuring that production goals, schedules, and quality standards are met.
• Manage, train, and evaluate production staff.
• Monitor and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Coordinate production workflows and collaborate with other departments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Analyze production data and performance metrics.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities.
• Assist in the development of process improvements and initiatives.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of production processes and quality control practices.
• Familiarity with safety standards in a production environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree or technical certification in manufacturing or engineering is preferred.

Experience:
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar leadership role in a manufacturing or production environment.
