Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar leadership role in a manufacturing or production environment.

- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities.
- Assist in the development of process improvements and initiatives.
Skills Required:

- Knowledge of production processes and quality control practices.
