As a key member of our team, you will ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of the entire hotel to the highest standards.

As a key member of our team, you will ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of the entire hotel to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate work duties to Team Members.
- Perform routine inspections of all check-out rooms and spot checks of all occupied rooms.
- Report and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issues.
- Inspect service areas, store rooms, and corridors routinely.
- Schedule and supervise deep cleaning and other projects.
- Manage and train Room Attendants and other Team Members to ensure adherence to required standards.
- Efficiently manage stock control and maintenance of equipment.
- Provide excellent guest service, including special requirements.
- Ensure adherence to hotel brand standards at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Housekeeping supervisory role.
- A successful track record of managing a team.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office is preferred.
