We are seeking a talented Sr. Maintenance Supervisor, Facilities who will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of our facility systems to ensure optimal performance, safety, and compliance. Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure uninterrupted facility operations by providing engineering oversight across all shifts.
• Supervise and guide outsourced maintenance teams in executing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Act as the subject matter expert for critical building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, BMS).
• Monitor contractor performance, enforce safety and quality standards, and validate compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead the technical response to facility emergencies and coordinate rapid recovery actions.
• Review maintenance reports and provide technical input for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal policies during maintenance activities.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities operations and maintenance.
• At least 7 years in a supervisory or lead engineering role.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills under pressure.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities and familiarity with CMMS and energy management systems.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and emergency response protocols.
• Outstanding communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently across shifts.
