Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities.
- Manage and train associates to provide excellent service to customers.
- Ensure fulfillment of customer orders in accordance with quality and safety guidelines.
- Provide critical shift-related information to management and adjust labor allocation as necessary.
- Engage with support functions to address performance issues and needs.
- Utilize data analysis to solve logistics and supply chain challenges.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing medium to large teams.
- Experience in data analysis and decision-making based on analysis.
