About the Role:As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs while overseeing the development of careers within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include identifying training needs based on skills gap analyses, developing group and individual learning courses, and effectively managing the training budget.
Responsibilities:- Identifying and assessing the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with managers.
- Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs.
- Designing e-learning courses, workshops, and other training sessions.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and recommending improvements.
- Maintaining an updated curriculum database and training records.
- Managing and maintaining in-house training facilities and equipment.
- Researching and recommending new training methods, including gamification.
- Collaborating with stakeholders including managers and subject matter experts to design, develop, and deliver high-impact learning solutions.
- Conducting follow-up studies of completed training to evaluate results.
- Staying updated with developments in learning and development by engaging with relevant literature and participating in courses and meetings.
Qualifications:Education: Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management; a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management is preferred.
Required Skills:Minimum of 8 years of experience in a related field.
