About the Role:
As the Hostess, you will report directly to the Assistant F&B Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Providing warm and professional greetings to all guests, ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
  • Assisting guests with inquiries regarding the food and beverage menu items in a knowledgeable and helpful manner.
  • Adhering to outlet policies, procedures, and service standards to maintain service quality.
  • Complying with safety and sanitation standards when handling food and beverages.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • The ability to focus on guest needs and maintain calmness and courtesy at all times.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • The capability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative spirit to work cohesively within a team.

Preferred Experience:
Previous experience with the Opera system or similar software, along with fluency in English, will be a significant advantage.

As the first point of contact for guests, the Hostess plays a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience.   • Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints in a professional manner.
  • Support restaurant team with administrative or side duties as assigned.

  • Comply with resort policies, health, and safety regulations.

Desired Skills & Expertise:
  • Proven experience as a hostess or front-of-house staff in a restaurant, preferably in a hotel/resort.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Familiarity with reservation systems (*, OpenTable, SevenRooms) is an advantage.
