Join Our Team as a Host/Hostess!
We are currently seeking dynamic and self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals eager to advance their careers in hospitality. At Rotana Hotels, as a Host / Hostess, you will be pivotal in providing an exceptional experience to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver consistently professional, friendly, warm, and engaging service.
Welcome guests to the assigned outlet, escort them to their tables, and ensure they are attended to at all times.
Manage outlet reservations and handle the reservation book expertly.
Prepare the outlet for business, collaborating with the service team.
Coordinate arrangements based on the floor plan for reservations and manage table allocations.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the outlet and entrance area.
Engage with guests to ensure their satisfaction during their visit.
Have comprehensive knowledge of menus and promotions to assist guests effectively.
Support in setting up the outlets database.

Qualifications:
Ideally, you should possess a diploma or degree in hospitality, with previous experience in the Food & Beverage sector within a hotel environment. You should demonstrate politeness and sophistication in dealing with guests, coupled with excellent command of the English language (both spoken and written). Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
