Join Our Team as a Call Center Agent!

At Haji Husein Alireza & Co. Ltd., we are committed to providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Agent to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah. In this role, you will play a vital role in addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with our automotive products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding automotive products, services, and policies.
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive products, promotions, and company policies.
• Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system for future reference and analysis.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; Associate's degree in Business, Customer Service, or related field is a plus.
