Role and Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist members and guests as they enter our fitness center.
• Manage bookings and appointments efficiently.
• Handle administrative tasks and support the smooth operation of the front desk.
• Provide information about services and programs offered by Fitness Time.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is an advantage but not mandatory.
