نبحث عن أخصائي تسويق ديناميكي ومبتكر للانضمام إلى فريقنا في جدة. هذه الوظيفة حاسمة لتطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تسويق مخصصة تتماشى مع السوق السعودي.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • تخطيط وتنفيذ ومراقبة حملات التسويق عبر القنوات الرقمية بما في ذلك وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والبريد الإلكتروني وموقع الشركة.
  • إجراء بحوث سوق شاملة لتحديد الاتجاهات واحتياجات العملاء وأنشطة المنافسين.
  • تطوير وإدارة المحتوى الذي يتماشى مع إرشادات علامتنا التجارية.
  • التعاون مع فرق المبيعات والتقنية لتوليد العملاء المحتملين من خلال قنوات متنوعة.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات CRM دقيقة لتتبع العملاء المحتملين بشكل فعال.
  • إعداد النشرات الإخبارية الربعية لتسليط الضوء على إنجازات الشركة والتحديثات.
  • تقييم نتائج التسويق وتقديم رؤى للتحسين.
  • تنظيم والترويج للفعاليات عبر الإنترنت وخارجه.
  • العمل عن كثب مع فريق التصميم لإنشاء مواد تسويقية.
  • جمع وتحليل ملاحظات العملاء لتحسين الخدمة.

المؤهلات:
  • درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة مثبتة في التسويق، ويفضل أن تكون في السوق السعودي أو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
  • إتقان تقنيات وأدوات التسويق الرقمي.
  • مهارات تواصل وتحليل ممتازة.
  • الإلمام باللوائح الإعلانية المحلية وسلوك المستهلك ميزة إضافية.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in maintaining an effective filing and administration system related to sponsorship and events.
  • Identify and maintain a database of potential sponsors for each event.
  • Negotiate and finalize sponsorship arrangements.
  • Meet with prospective sponsors and clients.
  • Formulate correspondence regarding sponsorship proposals.
  • Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure branding for sponsors meets contractual agreements.
  • Maintain effective relations with media for event coverage.
  • Host key clients and media at hotel events.
  • Assist in producing promotional material and documentation.
  • Document events through photography.

Requirements:
  • Degree in advertising, marketing, or communication with relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in maintaining and implementing an effective filing and administrative system for all matters related to sponsorship and event organization.
  • Identify and maintain a general database of potential sponsors for all events.
  • Negotiate and handle potential sponsors and close advantageous arrangements.
  • Socialize and meet with potential sponsors and clients.
  • Formulate correspondence related to sponsorship proposals and negotiations.
  • Coordinate with departments within the hotel to ensure branding for sponsors is managed as agreed.
  • Maintain an effective working relationship with media to maximize coverage of events.
  • Host media, strategic partners, and top clients at hotel events.
  • Assist in the production of promotional material.
  • Photograph internal functions, banquets, and conferences.

Qualifications:
You should be an advertising, marketing, or communication graduate with preferable experience in a similar field. You must possess effective communication skills in English, and preferably Arabic as well.
