Join Rotana Hotels as a Marketing Executive!
We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Marketing & Communication professionals. Your role is critical in delivering extraordinary levels of customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining and implementing an effective filing and administrative system for all matters related to sponsorship and event organization.
Identify and maintain a general database of potential sponsors for all events.
Negotiate and handle potential sponsors and close advantageous arrangements.
Socialize and meet with potential sponsors and clients.
Formulate correspondence related to sponsorship proposals and negotiations.
Coordinate with departments within the hotel to ensure branding for sponsors is managed as agreed.
Maintain an effective working relationship with media to maximize coverage of events.
Host media, strategic partners, and top clients at hotel events.
Assist in the production of promotional material.
Photograph internal functions, banquets, and conferences.

Qualifications:
You should be an advertising, marketing, or communication graduate with preferable experience in a similar field. You must possess effective communication skills in English, and preferably Arabic as well.

Desired Attributes:
The ideal candidate will be a vibrant, innovative individual who can work independently while promoting the brand image and maintaining accurate documentation and account records.

المسؤوليات:

صناعة المحتوى: تصوير ومونتاج مقاطع فيديو جذابة (Reels/TikTok) وتغطية يوميات العيادة عبر (Snapchat).
إدارة الحسابات: الرد على العملاء، جدولة المنشورات، وبناء مجتمع متفاعل على منصات التواصل.
الإعلانات: إدارة الحملات الممولة ومتابعة أدائها لزيادة المبيعات والحجوزات.
العمل الميداني: التنسيق مع الأطباء لتصوير الحالات (قبل وبعد) بطريقة احترافية تراعي الخصوصية والمعايير الطبية.

المتطلبات:

خبرة عملية مثبتة (يفضل في العيادات أو التجميل).
مهارة عالية في استخدام برامج المونتاج بالجوال (مثل CapCut).
تواجد في مكة المكرمة.
شرط أساسي: إرفاق ملف أعمال (Portfolio) أو روابط لحسابات قمت بإدارتها.

Negotiate and finalize sponsorship arrangements.
Meet with prospective sponsors and clients.
Formulate correspondence regarding sponsorship proposals.
Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure branding for sponsors meets contractual agreements.
Maintain effective relations with media for event coverage.
Host key clients and media at hotel events.
Assist in producing promotional material and documentation.
Document events through photography.
