About the Role:
As a Legal Officer, you will play a crucial role in preparing cases for prosecution, engaging with various stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of justice is done effectively. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values professionalism and integrity.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing prosecution matters, including appeals.
• Engaging with defence counsel, solicitors, police officers, victims, and witnesses.
• Representing the ODPP in various settings and courts.
• Mentoring and guiding legal support staff.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Key Requirements:
- Admitted as a Legal Practitioner in a State or Territory of Australia.
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
