As a market leader in architecture and planning, FORTY DAYS is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to enhance our team. This role will focus on building client relationships and executing sales strategies for our dynamic projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market and Project Analysis: Monitor local market trends, identify potential clients, and study competitive pricing.
  • Sales Planning and Execution: Prepare and achieve monthly and quarterly sales plans while maintaining an updated client database.
  • Client Relationship Management: Organize client communications, site visits, and presentations.
  • Quotations and Proposals: Manage RFQs and collaborate with internal teams for proposals.
  • Internal Coordination: Work with execution, procurement, and design teams to meet client needs.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate contract terms and prepare final agreements.
  • Post-Sales Support: Ensure client satisfaction post-contract and address any feedback.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
  • 2–5 years of sales experience in contracting or related fields.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Valid driving license required for field activities.
