المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
1. إدارة علاقات العملاء:
- ضمان رضا العملاء من خلال الخدمة عالية الجودة والتواصل الاستباقي.
- توفير تحديثات دقيقة وفي الوقت الفعلي حول العمل المنجز على مستوى المعدات.
- تحديد المخاطر في الموقع والتواصل مع المشرف الخاص بك أثناء اتخاذ إجراءات فورية في الموقع.

2. عمليات الخدمة:
- المساءلة عن الحفاظ على ممارسات العمل الآمنة وتنفيذ العمليات وفقًا لتعليمات الصيانة والسلامة.
- تنفيذ زيارات الخدمة، بما في ذلك الصيانة المخطط لها، والاتصالات، والإصلاحات، مع الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والمواعيد النهائية.
- الحفاظ على أدوات الخدمة، والسيارة، والأدوات في حالة جيدة.

هل أنت الشخص المناسب؟
نحن نبحث عن مرشحين لديهم:
- شهادة ITI / دورة شهادة مهنية / دبلوم في مجالات الكهرباء / الإلكترونيات / الأتمتة أو ما يعادلها.
- مهارات جيدة في اللغة الإنجليزية الشفوية والمكتوبة.
- مهارات أساسية في تكنولوجيا المعلومات والأسس الرقمية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الصيانة الوقائية مع شركة مصاعد مرموقة.

Join TASC Outsourcing as a Technician in Paint Shop Maintenance, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of production equipment.
