Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and proactive communication.
- Provide accurate and real-time updates on work performed at the equipment level.
- Identify and communicate site risks to your supervisor while taking immediate action on-site.

2. Service Operations:
- Accountable for maintaining safe working practices and carrying out operations according to maintenance and safety instructions.
- Execute service visits, including planned maintenance, callouts, and repairs, while meeting quality standards and deadlines.
- Maintain service tooling, van, and instruments in good condition.

Are You the One?
We are looking for candidates with:
- ITI/Vocational Certificate course/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Automation streams or equivalent.
- Good verbal and written English skills.
- Basic IT and digital foundation skills.
- Minimum 5 years of Preventive Maintenance experience with a reputable elevator company.

Job Purpose
This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of production equipment by performing repairs, preventive maintenance, and safety checks. Collaborate with team members to optimize system performance and maintain high-quality output.

Key Functional Responsibilities

• Assist in emergency response activities during equipment failures or power outages, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to service, and perform scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service.
• Identify and address potential issues to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues with production machines and related systems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new related strategies.
• Perform mechanical skills, including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulics, welding, and troubleshooting the repairs of production machines.
• Comply with Ceer’s and industry safety regulations, guidelines, and protocols, and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Perform safety checks and implement safety measures to ensure that all components adhere to the required safety, quality standards, and specifications to prevent accidents or hazards.
• Monitor production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure high-quality output.
• Perform regular inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance on production equipment, including robots, conveyors, and paint technologies.
• Perform predictive maintenance tasks by identifying and remediating potential issues before they result in breakdowns or production disruptions.
• Escalate to the Team Leader/Group leader for any non-compliance observed.

Education
Technical High School, or Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or any related industrial field.

Experience
2 Years Minimum experience in a similar field.
