Join Us as a Senior Business Analyst!
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with over 8 years of proven expertise in the financial sector and services industry. At Smartera 3S Solutions and Systems, we leverage technology trends to resolve business challenges and deliver value.

Location: Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
Analyze complex financial business requirements and identify optimization opportunities.
Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flows.
Perform AS-IS and TO-BE analysis and gap assessments.
Collaborate closely with IT, development, QA, and product teams for successful solution delivery.
Support regulatory and compliance initiatives within financial services.
Conduct impact analysis for system enhancements and new implementations.
Participate in UAT planning, execution, and sign-off.
Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
Provide data analysis and reporting insights for decision-making.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in financial systems and services.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
Strong understanding of financial products and core banking systems.
Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.

Preferred Technical Skills:

SQL knowledge for data analysis and validation.
Experience with APIs and system integrations.
Familiarity with digital banking or payment systems.
