About the Role:As a Data & Business Analyst, you will maintain data accuracy, develop dashboards, support automation efforts, and ensure compliance with internal policies. This position requires a detail-oriented, analytical thinker with a collaborative approach to cross-departmental work.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and analyze large and complex data sets to support procurement and supply chain functions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports using tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Excel.
- Ensure accurate tracking of commitments and milestone monitoring.
- Maintain structured and audit-ready records in accordance with internal policies.
- Drive continuous improvement through process enhancements.
- Provide data insights and facilitate effective stakeholder communication.
- Ensure compliance with governance standards and contribute to internal control efforts.
Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Data Analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with procurement or financial data management and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
