SSK Material Trading and Contracting Co. is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping operations in Saudi Arabia. If you have a passion for excellence in cleanliness and staff management, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily housekeeping operations.
Assign duties and work schedules to housekeeping staff.
Ensure cleanliness standards are maintained in all assigned areas.
Inspect work areas regularly and take corrective action when needed.
Train new housekeeping staff and guide existing team members.
Monitor usage of cleaning materials and control wastage.
Report maintenance issues and coordinate with concerned departments.
Ensure staff follow safety, hygiene, and company policies.
Maintain attendance, performance, and discipline of the team.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment.
Good communication and team-handling skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage staff efficiently.
Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC will be an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits:
Salary as per company standards, along with benefits as per Saudi labor law.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the team of Housekeeping Attendants to meet operational objectives.
Prepare job assignments and issue necessary keys and supplies.
Attend daily meetings to receive special instructions.

Handle special guest requests and follow up on their completion.
Train and assist Housekeeping Attendants, reporting on performance.

Qualifications & Experience:
You should ideally possess a diploma in hospitality or vocational training along with minor supervisory experience in a hotel’s housekeeping department. Proficiency in English and strong interpersonal skills are essential. Familiarity with Opera system is a plus.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

الإشراف على فريق العاملين في التدبير المنزلي لتحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية.
إعداد مهام العمل وإصدار المفاتيح واللوازم للعاملين في التدبير المنزلي.
مراقبة الشخصيات المهمة، وعدم الإزعاج، والنوم خارج الغرف، والغرف ذات القفل المزدوج واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة.
حضور الاجتماعات اليومية وتلقي التعليمات الخاصة.
استلام مغادرة الضيوف قبل الإبلاغ عنها كغرف شاغرة.
التعامل مع الطلبات الخاصة من الضيوف والتأكد من تنفيذها.
فحص المناطق النظيفة باستخدام قائمة مراجعة لضمان تلبية المعايير.
ملء التقارير وإدارة المواد المفقودة.
الإشراف على تنظيف غرف الضيوف والطرقات والسلالم.
تدريب ومساعدة العاملين في التدبير المنزلي مع تقديم الملاحظات للمسؤولين.
المساعدة في الجرد وضمان التعامل السليم وصيانة معدات التدبير المنزلي.

المؤهلات:
يجب أن يكون لديك دبلوم أو تدريب مهني في مجال الضيافة مع خبرة إشرافية بسيطة في قسم التدبير المنزلي في فندق. تعتبر مهارات التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية، الكتابية والشفوية، إلى جانب مهارات التعامل مع الآخرين وحل المشكلات، ضرورية. تعتبر معرفة الكمبيوتر والخبرة مع أوبرا ميزة.
