As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our hotel and creating a welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all maintenance issues within the hotel to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Conduct daily inspections and maintenance checks throughout the hotel premises.
• Repair and maintain mechanical equipment to meet the highest standards.
• Develop and implement emergency programs and safety inspections.
• Coordinate renovation projects, including bidding, budgeting, and managing contractors.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.

What Are We Looking For?
A successful Maintenance Supervisor at Hilton will demonstrate:

• Advanced knowledge of building management and engineering.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Previous experience in a management role.

Preferred Skills:

• First Aid certification.
• Vocational training in engineering or a related field.
