About the Role
Join Al Marwa Rayhaan by Rotana as a Waiter/Waitress, where your primary responsibility will be to deliver excellent service and uphold the high standards of our food and beverage offerings. This exciting role offers you the chance to interact with guests and ensure a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute all necessary tasks to service Food & Beverage following the hotel's performance manual.
  • Welcome and seat customers, serving them in a professional, discreet, and personalized manner.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the Food & Beverage menu to effectively assist and advise guests.
  • Monitor the quality of Food & Beverage consistently.
  • Manage customer relations and address complaints or queries satisfactorily.
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and take care of all service equipment.
  • Prepare for all service tasks before, during, and after service (mis-en-place & mis-en-scene).
  • Limit wastage, breakage, and spoilage through careful management.
  • Use upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
  • Ensure safety and environmental protection for guests and employees.
  • Comply with hotel environmental and safety policies and procedures.

  • التعامل مع استفسارات الضيوف بلطف وفعالية، وإقامة علاقة مع الضيوف.
  • مراقبة مستلزمات التشغيل لتقليل الفاقد والهدر.
  • الإبلاغ عن شكاوى الضيوف إلى المشرفين وضمان المتابعة.
  • المساعدة في جرد المعدات التشغيلية.
  • الإبلاغ عن الواجب في الوقت المحدد بالزي الرسمي الصحيح وبطاقة الاسم، مع الحفاظ على معايير عالية من المظهر الشخصي والنظافة.
  • الامتثال للتشريعات المحلية وسياسات الفندق.
  • المشاركة في التدريب والاجتماعات حسب الحاجة.

المؤهلات:
دبلوم أو شهادة في الضيافة المهنية؛ يُرحب بالمبتدئين أو أولئك الذين لديهم عام واحد من الخبرة في فنادق 4-5 نجوم للتقديم.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Waiter who will provide courteous, professional, and efficient service in line with Rixos Standards of Performance. This role requires flexibility as you may rotate within different departments of the Food & Beverage Division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-standard food and beverage service.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of menu items to assist guests effectively.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the working area.
  • Handle guest inquiries graciously and establish rapport with customers.
  • Report and follow up on guest complaints timely.
  • Participate in inventory and ensure reduced spoilage.
  • Attend training sessions and meetings as necessary.

Qualifications:
A diploma or degree in vocational hospitality or freshers with up to 1 year of experience in a 4-5 star hotel are encouraged to apply.
