About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Receptionist to join its team in Medina, Al Madinah. This full-time position is central to delivering guest experiences and ensuring efficient hotel operations. The role focuses on managing guest arrivals and departures, providing comprehensive hotel information, and promoting services.

Role Overview

The Receptionist is responsible for facilitating a smooth check-in and check-out process for guests. This position involves direct interaction with guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns to enhance their stay. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of hotel offerings and local area information.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival and manage the check-in process, including verifying details, assigning rooms, issuing keys, and providing welcome materials or bell service assistance.
Process guest departures by verifying charges, handling payments, issuing receipts, and accurately utilizing the point-of-sale system.
Provide detailed knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions, and local area information to assist with guest inquiries.
Utilize up-selling techniques to recommend hotel amenities and maximize room and service revenue.
Respond to guest requests, resolve concerns promptly, and manage messages and communications effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 year of experience in a related field.
