About the City Manager Role

Ninja is seeking a City Manager to oversee dark store and logistics operations in Abha, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for leading regional store operations, directly impacting performance, standards, and daily execution across a network of dark stores. The ideal candidate will guide frontline leadership and ensure consistent, accountable operations focused on achieving strong results.

Role Context and Responsibilities

As a City Manager at Ninja, you will be instrumental in optimizing dark store performance within the southern region. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all stores within your designated region and managing the store supervisors who report to you. This position requires a hands-on approach to driving operational excellence and ensuring the efficient functioning of the dark store network.

• Optimize dark store operations across the southern region.
• Oversee and manage all stores within the assigned region.
• Manage and guide store supervisors reporting into the role.

Required Qualifications

Candidates for this role must possess a strong background in retail and operations management. The position requires proven experience in leading teams and improving key performance indicators across multiple locations. Proficiency in relevant systems and a solid understanding of fulfillment environments are essential.

• Experience overseeing store supervisors or area managers.
• Proven experience in improving operational KPIs across multiple store locations.
• Hands-on experience with KPI reporting tools, inventory management systems, and fulfillment dashboards.
• Background in high-volume fulfillment environments and fast-paced multi-branch operations.
• Experience with inventory control, fulfillment performance, and process compliance.
• Proficiency in English.
• Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia.

Preferred Qualifications

While not strictly required, certain additional qualifications can enhance a candidate's suitability for this role. These include extensive experience in multi-site operations and a relevant educational background.

• 6+ years of experience managing multi-site retail, FMCG, or dark store operations.
• A degree in business, supply chain, operations, or a related field.
• Conversational Arabic.
