Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

Marketing & Brand Promotion: Ensure property listings meet global standards and collaborate on lead-generation campaigns.
Contract Negotiation & Administration: Negotiate lease terms while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Tenant Engagement & Community Experience: Foster community building and manage tenant satisfaction.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required:

3–5 years in Residential Leasing or Property Management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
Proficiency in Property software, including Yardi and Ejar.
