In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for maximizing the occupancy and revenue performance of our designated residential portfolio, directly reporting to the Property Manager. You will play a crucial role in linking operational property management with commercial leasing success.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Leasing Strategy & Occupancy: Achieve and exceed leasing targets and manage the leasing lifecycle efficiently.
  • Marketing & Brand Promotion: Ensure property listings meet global standards and collaborate on lead-generation campaigns.
  • Contract Negotiation & Administration: Negotiate lease terms while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Tenant Engagement & Community Experience: Foster community building and manage tenant satisfaction.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required:
  • 3–5 years in Residential Leasing or Property Management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in Property software, including Yardi and Ejar.
