Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Description: Daqat Al-Tamyeez Contracting Organization is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join its team to supervise various maintenance tasks. The successful candidate will prepare a work plan and program, follow up on the procedures for determining the type and nature of maintenance, distribute tasks to the team, and design training needs, in addition to preparing a preventive maintenance program.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Follow up on procedures for determining the type and nature of maintenance and estimate the quantity and cost of necessary materials.
  • Distribute tasks and duties among maintenance team members.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance and achievements of the maintenance team.
  • Assess training needs and develop team skills.
  • Prepare preventive maintenance programs and follow up on their implementation.
  • Classify, arrange, document, and preserve results and work reports.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma as a minimum.
  • Advanced skills in machinery maintenance and maintenance planning systems.
  • Experience in supervision and technical guidance.
  • Proficiency in report writing and forecasting.

  • Skills & Competencies: Strong organizational and time-management skills, proficiency in MS Office, good written and verbal communication skills (Arabic & English preferred), ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
