We are looking for a "salesperson" to work in one of its branches. The main responsibility is to assist customers in selecting glasses and eye care products, achieving sales goals, and ensuring a unique customer experience in the store. The main tasks: Welcoming customers and helping them choose the right products. Achieving the branch's set sales goals. Organizing and arranging products inside the store and maintaining the overall appearance. The required qualifications: Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers. Working days: 6 days a week, 8 hours of work including a break hour. Flexibility in working with changing shifts (working one shift but it can be changed according to need). Available shifts (morning shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or evening shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM). Enthusiasm and desire for professional development and growth. The advantages: Fixed salary + commissions on sales when achieving the target. Health insurance. Registration in social insurance is mandatory. A clear opportunity for career development and promotion.
