• Safely loading and offloading raw material and finished goods to and from the warehouse.
• Loading and unloading trucks with raw material or finished goods without damage.
• Delivering and returning raw material to various sections in the plant.

About the Role

Napco National is seeking a motivated and diligent Skilled Helper to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position offers an opportunity for individuals with 0-1 years of experience to contribute to the maintenance department. The Skilled Helper will support the maintenance team, ensure a clean and organized work environment, and adhere to strict safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and execute tasks assigned by the Team Leader, with a primary focus on assisting Lead Technicians and Technicians.
• Ensure the work area is thoroughly cleaned according to Post Maintenance Cleaning Work Instructions upon completion of repairs, leaving it free from any work residues.
• Organize tools within designated maintenance toolboxes and cabinets to maintain an orderly system for easy retrieval.
• Perform 5S tasks within the Maintenance Workshop and surrounding areas, following the established 5S plan and Team Leader's instructions.
• Assist the Maintenance team with loading and unloading parts as required.
• Carry out specific maintenance tasks, particularly those related to the periodic cleaning of utilities such as chillers, compressors, filters, and exhaust fans.

Health and Safety Compliance

• Familiarize yourself with all health and safety procedures and instructions relevant to your work functions.
• Adhere to NAPCO-IFP safety standards and comply with Saudi Labor rules and legislation.
• Participate in various Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) activities and attend safety meetings as required.
• Report any incidents, near misses, unsafe conditions, or acts to your direct supervisor, or to the camp boss if related to accommodation.
• Immediately correct unsafe conditions if it is safe and possible to do so.
• Ensure all necessary safety precautions are in place before commencing any work.
• Refuse to perform work if unsafe conditions exist.
• Utilize all provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) safety equipment.
• Inspect tools, equipment, and vehicles before use to ensure they are in safe working order.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a similar role or as a general helper.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in 5S principles and practices for workplace organization and efficiency.
