Position Overview:
The Visual Merchandiser will play a crucial role in implementing effective floor and shelf layout plans across assigned branches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Floor Layout: Arrange and rearrange display fixtures based on the latest floor plan. Report any missing or damaged fixtures.
  • Shelf Layout: Organize products on fixtures as per the most recent planograms.
  • Display Presentation: Ensure all items are clean and presentable before displaying.
  • Reports: Use the company’s Merchandising Management Software and submit reports accordingly.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Complete any additional tasks as assigned and conduct inventory reports.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- At least 3 years of experience in merchandising
- Skills in merchandising, basic arithmetic, and computer usage are beneficial

    • Report to branch superiors or employees if any fixture(s) need thorough cleaning.
  • Reports:
    • Utilize company-provided (Shelvz ®) Merchandising Management Software at all times as per required standard procedures.
    • Submit reports via Shelvz or any means of communication if unavailable.
    • Report to direct superior any issues that hamper quality of execution.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks:
    • Effectively and timely accomplish “extra-missions” whenever assigned one.
    • Conduct OOS / Inventory Reports of Private Label products as per need basis.
Qualifications & Experiences:
  • Minimum Highschool graduate.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Merchandising.
  • Merchandising, Basic Arithmetic (Math), and Computer Skills are a plus.
