Join Neweast Company as a Warehouse Manager!
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager who will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of warehouse activities. This crucial role involves ensuring efficient receipt, storage, dispatch, and inventory control of spare parts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warehouse Operations Management: Plan, organize, and control all warehouse activities including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound processing.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all parts orders to meet delivery schedules.
  • Manage daily workflow, resource allocation, and shift planning for all warehouse operations.
  • Oversee order fulfillment for both bulk and non-bulk deliveries.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems for maximum efficiency.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of all spare parts.

Inventory & Stock Control:
  • Ensure 100% accuracy between system stock and physical stock.
  • Oversee cycle counts, stock audits, and annual inventory activities.
  • Investigate and resolve stock variances.
  • Manage aged and obsolete items effectively.

Leadership & Team Management:
  • Supervise and lead warehouse supervisors and team leaders.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and set team goals.
  • Ensure effective training and cross-training of all warehouse staff.
  • Build a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Logistics & Distribution Coordination:
  • Coordinate with transporters for daily delivery operations.
  • Track and analyze logistics costs for efficiency improvements.

Safety, Quality & Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards and conduct safety inspections.
  • Monitor the maintenance of safety equipment and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in spare parts warehousing.
  • Strong leadership skills and team management experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of WMS & SAP.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-growing environment.
  • Immediate joining preferred.
