Duties and Responsibilities:

• Liaison Role: Act as the liaison between the main warehouse and all end-user departments, ensuring smooth communication and operations.
• Receiving Control: Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, supervise the picking and packing processes, and ensure accurate recording and inspection of all materials.
• Dispatch Control: Supervise the dispatch of shipments, communicate schedules and delays, and manage discrepancies with inventory records.
• Inventory Accuracy: Conduct cycle counts, investigate inventory variances, and collaborate with teams to maintain proper stock levels.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with internal controls, generate reports, and support process improvements.

Qualifications:
Candidates should hold a diploma or bachelor degree.

Professional Experience:
02 years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or warehouse management, with familiarity in inventory management systems such as Oracle.
