Main Tasks - Conduct field visits for potential and current clients to showcase platform services and achieve sales goals. - Build strong relationships with clients and develop a new customer base and increase sales volume. - Follow up on orders and ensure smooth sales and delivery processes. - Gather market and competitor information and provide periodic reports to support decision-making. - Achieve performance indicators (KPIs) such as the number of visits, conversion rate, and sales value. Qualifications - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Experience of 1 to 3 years in field sales or a similar area. - Good knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, and customer service. Requirements - High communication and persuasion skills and the ability to build relationships with customers. - Ability to work in the field and travel continuously. - Strong negotiation skills and closing deals. - Commitment to achieving sales targets and working under pressure. - A valid driver's license is required.
