Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Zhahran Company for Maintenance and Operation seeks to appoint an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to follow up and manage the maintenance work in the company. He will be responsible for preparing maintenance work plans and ensuring their efficient implementation.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow up on procedures to determine the type and nature of maintenance and estimate the quantity and cost of necessary materials.
• Distribute tasks and responsibilities among the maintenance team members and monitor and evaluate their performance.
• Assess training needs to develop the skills of the maintenance team.
• Prepare preventive maintenance programs and follow up on their implementation.
• Classify, organize, and document results and work reports.
