As a Camp Boss, you will oversee the daily operations of our camp, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents. You will coordinate with various departments to maintain high service standards, manage staff, and resolve any resident concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise camp lodging and catering services to meet company standards.
Coordinate with catering and housekeeping teams for quality and timely service delivery.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene policies within the camp.
Manage logistics related to camp supplies and inventory.
Promptly address and resolve issues or complaints raised by camp residents.
Oversee camp staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Prepare operational reports and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Camp Manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of camp operations and catering services.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
Able to manage multiple teams efficiently.
Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
Flexibility to work in a camp environment and handle emergencies.
