Join Our Team as an Operations Manager
At TOMCo - Saudi Aramco Cogeneration Plants, we are dedicated to providing sustainable energy solutions through our Power Cogeneration Plant and Seawater Desalination Plant. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead our Operations Department in Tanajib, Eastern Province.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee plant operational performance, efficiency, and safety compliance.
• Lead and mentor Shift Team Leaders and Operations Staff.
• Ensure alignment with Saudi Aramco requirements and operational targets.
• Manage operational systems and Permit to Work implementation.
• Coordinate between Operations and Maintenance teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in power plant operations or large continuous process plants.
• At least 5 years’ line management experience, leading operations teams.
• Strong background in Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) operations is preferred.
