You will be responsible for developing, issuing, and maintaining Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) for specific scopes.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with other Project Controls disciplines and functions to assist in the development of project budgets.
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and time-capture functions to ensure accurate capture of project costs.
- Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare cost performance reports and maintain communication about project cost forecasts.
- Manage project change orders and their cost implications.
- Participate in risk analysis sessions and continuous improvement reviews.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant cost experience.
- Proficient in cost software and project execution procedures for cost management.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow techniques.
- Familiarity with WBS & CBS structures and project reporting capabilities.
