IOTA GROUP is seeking a Construction Management Package Services professional to join our client, a global multi-energy company. This client operates large-scale refining and petrochemical facilities, transforming crude oil into fuels and essential industrial products through highly integrated and technologically advanced operations. The Role

This contract position is based in Al Jubayl, Saudi Arabia, and involves contributing to complex international projects within a high-performance industrial environment. The role focuses on providing overall direction and management for construction activities, ensuring adherence to site management procedures and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction in the planning, organizing, management, and control of construction activities.
• Ensure the development of site management procedures for the project.
• Participate in the development and implementation of the HSE culture within the project, promoting all safety programs at the site by leading by example.
• Identify and support cost-schedule-quality-functionality optimization initiatives and provide constructability/risk assessment inputs for the project.
• Maintain open relationships and ensure early involvement of the Commissioning group and Operations personnel to facilitate a smooth and timely handover of facilities to Operations, as per project specifications.
• Lead the team in the analysis, design, and implementation of approved changes and variations to ensure all revisions meet construction capabilities and satisfy end-user needs.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, preferably within large-scale refining and petrochemical facilities.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex industrial projects.
• Proven ability to develop and implement site management procedures.

Work Type and Location

This is a contract position located in Al Jubayl, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence to manage and control construction activities effectively.
