About the Role

Al Reem Village Hotel is seeking a Director of Marketing & Communications / Marketing & Communications Manager to join its team in Al Jubail. This full-time role is designed for a guest-focused professional who can coordinate internal and external marketing activities for the property, ensuring effective communication and brand promotion.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing publicity, media coverage, community relations, corporate image, and special events. The primary objective is to market the company's image for hospitality and services through strategic communication initiatives. This position requires a professional who can deliver high levels of customer service and provide creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the brand name through formulated advertising and public relations campaigns, and plan to reinforce the corporate identity.
• Support the implementation of ongoing, focused media and community relations programs that are strategically planned to enhance area marketing efforts.
• Develop and execute promotional and brand-building exercises in conjunction with the marketing department.
• Coordinate strategic local, regional, and international public relations campaigns to achieve marketing goals.
• Create new business tie-ups and partnerships.
• Liaise and coordinate with advertising agencies and media companies.
• Oversee all press releases and maintain a constant supply of articles for media partners.
• Assist in producing collateral from concept to final product, adhering to corporate guidelines to build brand recall.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience: 2-5 years in Marketing & Communications, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high levels of customer service.
• Proven capability in providing creative solutions.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail, focusing on coordinating marketing and communication efforts for Al Reem Village Hotel.
