Marketing Communications Manager

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading marketing communications and brand initiatives to strengthen the hotel’s presence and connect guests, team members, and the community with the Hilton brand.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing communication plans, campaigns, and initiatives that enhance the hotel’s brand presence and support business objectives.
• Create, review, and coordinate marketing content across digital, social media, PR, and other communication channels, ensuring consistency with Hilton brand standards.
• Build relationships with media partners, coordinate press opportunities, and support the development of press releases, media materials, and hotel communications.
• Oversee the hotel’s social media content and digital communications, ensuring engaging, timely, and brand-aligned content.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to promote hotel events, campaigns, offers, and activations.
• Track campaign and communication performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to support future marketing strategies.
• Manage multiple marketing communications projects and deadlines, ensuring timely execution and alignment with hotel priorities.
• Ensure all marketing and communication materials consistently reflect Hilton’s brand guidelines, tone of voice, and positioning.

Required Experience and Attributes

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
