Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operation and maintenance of Tahwil, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.
• Plan, organize, coordinate, and manage operational activities for waste offloading, storage, preparation, and incineration.
• Support the Managing Director in reviewing and upgrading operational procedures and employee recruitment.
• Prepare master work schedules to reflect treatment capacities and optimize resource allocation.
• Enforce compliance with health and safety policies and manage operational budgets.
• Coordinate training programs to enhance skills and safety adherence among employees.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports and establish preventative maintenance systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical or Environmental preferred).
• 810 years of experience in hazardous waste or chemical processing, with managerial experience.
• Experience with hazardous waste incineration and operational planning.

Personal Attributes:

• Strong team player with excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
