We are seeking a talented individual who is skilled in sales and has a solid understanding of fire protection systems. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, closing sales, and fostering lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and close sales for AMC/service contracts.
  • Conduct site surveys and propose technical solutions based on client needs.
  • Prepare and submit detailed quotations and tenders.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams for service execution and follow-up.
  • Ensure compliance with NFPA/local fire codes and Civil Defense regulations.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for service and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) sales.
  • Present service solutions to clients and address technical queries.
  • Maintain strong relationships with facility managers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Monitor ongoing contracts for performance and client satisfaction.
  • Address client complaints in coordination with service teams.

Requirements:
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fire Engineering.
  • A minimum of 510 years’ experience in fire protection or service & maintenance sales.
  • Strong knowledge of FA/FF systems and standards.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A valid KSA driver’s license is preferred.

About the Role

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Metallurgy.
  • Minimum 610 years of experience in welding engineering, with at least 35 years in a managerial role within heavy steel fabrication or EPC environments.
  • Strong knowledge of welding codes and standards (ASME, AWS, API).
  • Proven experience in pressure vessel, structural steel, and piping fabrication.
  • Certification in CSWIP 32, AWS-CWI, or equivalent is highly preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and welding documentation platforms.
