As a Sr. Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operation and maintenance functions to ensure our plants run safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to the plant operations to ensure production according to design.
  • Develop and review maintenance scopes of work.
  • Troubleshoot breakdowns and conduct detailed failure analyses.
  • Comply with Sharq policies and SHEMs / OMS procedures.
  • Conduct quality checks and participate in annual budget preparation.
  • Enhance employee knowledge through training sessions.

Qualifications:
BS Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Skills Required:
  • Strong budgeting skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of writing policies and procedures
  • Certification from the Saudi Council of Engineering
