About the Role
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maximizing sales opportunities while providing customers with exceptional service.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Describes product features and benefits and demonstrates product use.
  • Educates clients on brand quality standards and specifications.
  • Advises customers on suitable product ranges and answers queries to assist in purchase decisions.
  • Provides information about warranties, features, maintenance, and care of products.
  • Ensures customer needs are met and handles complaints effectively.
  • Maintains awareness of new product launches and promotional events.
  • Achieves sales targets through up-selling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Ensures promotions and pricing are accurate.
  • Handles cash and credit payments accurately as needed.
  • Follows after-sales processes and adheres to company policies.
  • Assists in store merchandising and maintains high standards of housekeeping.

Self-Management:
  • Sets performance goals with the reporting manager and ensures they are achieved.
  • Identifies development needs and collaborates on personal development plans.
