Petromin Corporation is seeking a Sales Executive to join its team in Al Jubail, within the Eastern Region. This full-time position is integral to driving market growth and penetration of the company's private label automotive spare parts.

Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for increasing sales, expanding distribution channels, and acquiring new customers for Petromin's private label automotive spare parts across assigned territories or channels. This role involves managing existing accounts and ensuring brand performance aligns with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell and promote private label spare parts (*, batteries, filters, brake pads, lubricants, shock absorbers) to resellers, workshops, fleet, and distributors.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track and analyze sales trends, recommending product mix, pricing, and promotional strategies.
• Identify new market opportunities and onboard new resellers, retail shops, fleet, and garages.
• Collaborate with key customers to enhance brand visibility and loyalty.
• Provide product training, support, and presentations to key customer accounts.
• Ensure consistent brand positioning and compliance with company marketing guidelines.
• Promote new product launches, campaigns, bundle offers, and seasonal promotions.
• Collect customer feedback to contribute to product feature, packaging, or branding improvements.
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and supply chain teams for timely product availability.
• Monitor and report on competitor activity, pricing, promotions, and customer feedback.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and market visits to promote private label awareness.
• Follow up on customer collections to ensure timely payment and maintain healthy cash flow.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and customer data using CRM or designated tools.
• Submit required daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on time as per company protocols.
