About the Role

HUDSON is seeking a Saw Expander Operator to join their team in Al Jubail, Eastern Province. This is a full-time position requiring an individual with a strong background in steel pipe operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute machine changeovers and set-ups.
• Perform expander operations, including pipe expansion and sizing.
• Verify the dimensions of expanded pipes to ensure quality standards.
• Report any production stoppages promptly.
• Manage and control machine tools and consumables, ensuring their availability.
• Assist with machine lock-outs and tag-outs, and perform operative maintenance tasks.
• Update information accurately within tracking systems.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in the steel pipe industry is required.
• Proficiency in English for speaking and reporting is essential.

Work Environment

This full-time role is based in Al Jubail, within the Eastern Province, and involves direct operational responsibilities within a manufacturing setting.
